Contractor Development and Capacity Building:
We are passionate about our ‘commitment to making a difference’, and have had the pleasure of formally mentoring numerous previously disadvantaged emerging contractors within the EPWP framework as well as training and mentoring many previously disadvantaged candidate professionals within the civil engineering and project management profession.
- Previously an accredited, Council for the Built Environment (CBE) Construction Management Mentor,
- Previously served as a volunteer mentor to previously disadvantaged candidate professionals within the LG-SETA Sector.
- Volunteer member on the external mentoring panel, and volunteer member of the Interview Committees for the ECSA and the SACPCMP professional review and assessment process towards professional registration.
Contract Administration:
Construction supervision and site management for buildings and structures under construction or maintenance / renovation / restoration or rehabilitation, where we provide a Risk Based Inspection, Condition Surveys, Quality Assurance and Monitoring Progress.
